Hi Fellow Runners!

Now I know we're 1 day removed from a thanksgiving feast and we're all ready to
burn off those calories we just consumed, right? Well if thats the case, then
come join us this sunday for our weekly Run Group from the Sports Basement here
in Sunnyvale.

I will be here this sunday morning to greet you on our weekly run, and remember
this is the last sunday for November and your last chance to enter your name
